The sweeping and undulating headboard and footboard that encase the bed are upholstered in sound-absorbent velvet to reduce noise, providing a space for solace and solitude.

Crafted from a solid oak framework, the bed is hand-carved and stained with a satin varnish to enhance the medullary rays within the oak. The headboard and deep footboard are upholstered in life-proof intelligent velvet in a rich brown colourway. A bed destined to become a future heirloom, handed down through the generations.
Like all natural materials, oak has inherent disparities in colour and grain pattern, so each piece of wood used to make this French Bed will have its own unique variation that will include knots, lines, colour difference, tiger grain, medullary rays, colour variation or shadowing. We offer free delivery for this product. This applies to all addresses in mainland Britain (excl. northern Scotland). For all other locations, just add items to your basket, and enter your postcode or country for a quote.
For British mainland deliveries our 2-man crew will deliver to your room of choice, unpack the furniture for your full inspection, and ask you to sign a Proof of Delivery note.
In stock items are delivered within two weeks to almost all areas of mainland Britain.
When ordering multiple items, we will typically make one delivery when all items are in stock (there may be occasions when we deliver goods separately from different warehouses).
Returns
If goods are unwanted we charge a returns fee of £60 from mainland Britain. You simply need to notify us within 45 days of delivery if you would like to make a return.
