A love affair of our very own, designed in-house and crafted exclusively for French Bedroom, the Love Story Cocoon Bed is a tale of craftsmanship and comfort in equal measure. Characterised by its undulating silhouette and classic cabriole legs, it is fashioned from solid oak framework with a discreet satin vanish that enhances its natural medullary rays.
The shape is inspired by a porter’s chair with its slight wingback headboard that hammocks weary heads and creates a cocooning environment to serenely bring each day to a close, and begin a new one feeling held in harmony.
The footboard and siderails are solid oak and the headboard is meticulously upholstered in a unique blend of linen and tree viscose in a pleasing tone that sits between oatmeal and putty.
Available in both cushioning velvet and a natural linen blend.

Like all natural materials, oak has inherent variation in colour and grain pattern, so each piece of wood used to make this French Bed will have its own unique pattern that will include knots, tiger grain, medullary rays, or shadowing. No two pieces will be an exact match, enhancing the unique characteristics and warmth of this piece.
This linen French bed can either be put together for you upon delivery (choose White Glove Delivery at checkout), alternatively you can assemble your new upholstered bed, which is straightforward and takes approximately 20 minutes.

We offer free delivery for this product. This applies to all addresses in mainland Britain (excl. northern Scotland). For all other locations, just add items to your basket, and enter your postcode or country for a quote.
For British mainland deliveries our 2-man crew will deliver to your room of choice, unpack the furniture for your full inspection, and ask you to sign a Proof of Delivery note.
In stock items are delivered within two weeks to almost all areas of mainland Britain.
When ordering multiple items, we will typically make one delivery when all items are in stock (there may be occasions when we deliver goods separately from different warehouses).
Returns
If goods are unwanted we charge a returns fee of £60 from mainland Britain. You simply need to notify us within 45 days of delivery if you would like to make a return.
