Frequently Asked Questions
The majority of our tables are delivered by our two-man courier team. Delivery to mainland Britain is typically within 2-3 weeks, however, delivery beyond mainland Britain may take longer. Find out more on our delivery and returns page.
Some of our lighter tables are delivered using an overnight courier service, once in stock. When ordered before 3pm, these will be with our customers that reside within mainland Britain the very next day, and within two days for customers in Britain outside of this threshold.
For our tables that are delivered using our two-man courier team, our White Glove service is available. This is at a cost of £45 and includes full assembly and removal of all packaging. This service needs to be booked prior to delivery, and any existing furniture you have within the room of placement needs to be disassembled and/or out of the way prior to delivery of your new goodies!
Assembly is unavailable on tables that are delivered using our overnight couriers.

We hope you are delighted by the pieces you buy, but we know that sometimes you might have a change of heart.
You can return your order to us within 45 days, provided it is in the original condition. Please keep all packaging as unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund if your order is returned without the original packaging (please keep the packaging if you have a White Glove delivery).

Samples can be ordered through our website. All fabric samples are free and wood samples are at a small cost of £4 per piece.
As an online only company, we do not have a showroom where you can see the product in person. We are proud to take all of our photography in house in natural lighting, which ensures the best representation of our goodies on our website, and our dedicated team are always here to answer any questions you may have about our furniture and soft furnishings. Alongside this, we offer furniture wood and fabric samples to help you pick that perfect match, as well as a page dedicated to showcasing our products in our customers homes on our Styled By You page.
