We have one Amour 2-Door Mirror Fronted French Armoire in our outlet. The crest was sadly damaged in transit, but has since be expertly rebuilt and painted. The back of the wardrobe has also been glued, pinned and painted. The left hand door had split at the bottom, this has been glued, screwed, dowelled and painted. Please see images for visual representation. As with all our not quite perfect items, this armoire is sold as seen and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable
The most beautiful French style wardrobe for your bedroom or dressing room (or even for housing crockery in your kitchen).
The exquisite detailing is handcarved from solid mahogany and then hand painted in a fawn grey with ivory accents and mild distressing. The perfect French armoire!
The doors have six ornamental hinges, are hand carved from mahogany and handpainted in fawn with ivory framework detailing. The doors are fitted with bevelled-mirror glass and closed with an ornamental brass key.
The top frame, crest detail and cabriole legs are all embellished with ornate ivory carvings of acanthus leaf swirls and floral motives. Internally there are four adjustable shelves and a hanging rail.
This beautiful French armoire is sold with free shipping to any address in mainland England and Wales.
Because of the size and weight of our armoires (some are 150kg!) we deliver to ground floor rooms only, and they come fully assembled. If you live in mainland Britain, we can disassemble your armoire and then reassemble it in your room of choice, this Armoire Service costs £70 and is available at the checkout.
