International Deliveries

Cushions to Copenhagen, consoles to Cologne, beds to Brussels and mirrors to Manhattan. Our classic designs are loved in homes around the world. We work with trusted international delivery partners to transport your order safely and securely.

International delivery depends on the products in your basket:

  • For many smaller items that can be delivered by an international parcel carrier, a delivery price will be shown when you enter your address at checkout.

  • International furniture deliveries require a personalised quotation and cannot be completed through our online checkout.

Please complete our International Delivery Enquiry Form, telling us where you live and which products you are interested in. One of our specialist Customer Service Advisers will contact you to discuss your order, provide a competitive delivery quotation and help you complete your purchase.

How do I place an international order?

  1. Add your chosen home accessories to your basket.

  2. Enter your international delivery address at checkout.

  3. Where an international parcel service is available, the delivery price will be displayed before payment.

  4. Complete your order online and we will keep you updated once it has been dispatched.

Some destinations or products may still require a manual quotation. Where this applies, we will direct you to contact our team.

  1. Choose the furniture and coordinating products you would like to order.

  2. Complete our International Delivery Form, providing your contact details, delivery address, and the products you are interested in.

  3. One of our Customer Service Advisers will review your enquiry and obtain a competitive quotation from our delivery partners.

  4. We will contact you to explain the proposed delivery service, price, estimated timings and any destination-specific requirements.

  5. Once you are happy to proceed, your Customer Service Adviser will help you complete and pay for your order.

Submitting the form does not place or reserve an order. Product availability and pricing will be confirmed by your Customer Service Adviser.

International furniture delivery costs vary depending on the destination, the size of your order and the service required.

By arranging each furniture delivery personally, our team can review the available options and obtain a suitable, competitive quotation from our specialist delivery partners.

Larger orders can sometimes be more cost-effective to deliver. Some European delivery services are calculated according to the space reserved in the vehicle, meaning it may be possible to add coordinating furniture without increasing the delivery charge proportionately.

The available service will vary by destination and may include delivery to your property, kerbside, a local depot or a nominated port. Your Customer Service Adviser will explain the proposed service before you place your order.

You are also welcome to arrange your own shipping. We can consolidate your products at our warehouse and prepare them for collection by your nominated carrier.

Before dispatch, we carefully inspect your products to ensure they are in excellent condition.

Insurance cover is available for international shipments. If you would like to add insurance cover to your delivery, please inform our Customer Service Advisor and they will be able to obtain an insurance quote along with the quote for delivery.

Please inspect the packaging and products promptly upon delivery. Where possible, note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery documentation and contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the packaging and affected product.

No problem!

If you are arranging for a courier to collect your order on your behalf, please be advised that your chosen courier will be responsible for checking and signing for the items prior to loading. The courier will be requested to provide your name and order number, so please make sure you provide this information to your courier prior to the collection date.

Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for problems found after goods have left our warehouse. We strongly recommend you insure your items with your chosen shipping agents if you opt to ship your own goods.

If you order goods for delivery to Jersey and Guernsey, VAT will be removed in the checkout. Please contact us for deliveries to Herm, Alderney & Sark so that we can arrange a quote. Our delivery partners will only deliver to your front door and will not enter your property, so our White Glove service is not available. When your goods arrive in Jersey, you will be required to pay local GST to the authorities before goods can be released for delivery. Regrettably, we are not authorised to deal with the authorities on your behalf regarding local tax payments or filing errors. Jersey GST will need to be paid within five days to avoid additional storage fees. For furniture orders, if you prefer, you can book a collection from our warehouse and we can arrange a VAT refund after good have been exported.

When shipping larger orders to North America, the border authorities sometimes request additional documentation before goods can be imported (e.g. copy of passport, company tax details, or Social Security Number plus a copy of your birth certificate). If this is needed, our shipping agent will ask you for this.

Although smaller packages can be delivered to any street address by our international parcel courier, for some countries, furniture delivery is only priced to the ports. For example, if you are buying furniture, we are only able to deliver to the ports of Abu Dhabi and Dubai in UAE, Doha in Qatar, Cape Town in South Africa, Taichung in Taiwan, Auckland in New Zealand, and Riyadh (or Jeddah for a slight premium) in Saudi Arabia. If you are buying furniture, please note the end delivery address when you place your order, and let us know if you need help finding an agent who can handle local customs clearance and local transportation on your behalf. Please sign for goods as 'unchecked', to avoid complicating insurance claims in the event of damage.

If we are shipping outside of the UK, you won't be charged sales tax (the UK VAT rate is 20%). You will be separately liable for any import duties and local taxes when the goods arrive in your country. Every country or state sets their own import taxes and you will be advised of this. If you have arranged your own shipping, you will be charged UK VAT up-front, but we will be able to refund it later. To do this, you will need to send us an itemised 'bill of lading' (also known as an ‘Itemised Proof of Export’) from your shipper that lists each product individually to confirm that they have been exported. VAT refunds are subject to a £20 admin fee.

Additionally, if you require a refund to a non-UK bank account, there will be a further £20 charge - this supplementary fee can avoided if a refund is processed via PayPal, or if the refund is made to the debit or credit card used on the original purchase.

If you would like to return your goods that is no problem - just let us know within 45 days of your goods arriving. In line with our standard returns policy, all goods must be in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging. The cost of returning any unwanted items is the responsibility of the customer. If you arrange your own shipping, please ensure you insure your delivery to protect from damage in transit.

You will be provided with a quote for each service upon application.

For all other international destinations, delivery is kerbside only, meaning your furniture will be delivered to your doorstep. Our delivery team will not bring the items inside your property, and all packaging will remain with you.
