We hope you are delighted by the pieces you buy, but we know that sometimes you might have a change of heart.
You can return your order to us within 45 days, provided it is in the original condition, with any labels intact and unused.
Please keep all packaging as unfortunately we won’t be able to offer a refund if your order is returned without the original packaging.
Please check the Delivery and Returns section on each product page to see the exact return courier charge payable for that particular product.
If you're using your own choice of courier to return your goods, please do ensure you have adequate insurance.
We cannot make arrangements for returns from addresses outside the UK and Ireland, so you will need to make your own arrangements if you are overseas.
We can only arrange collections Monday-Friday. And we're always a phone call away if you'd like to discuss your items or alternatives - we want you to love your new goodies.
Once in stock, our gorgeous home accessories are sent by overnight courier to most addresses in mainland Britain. The Highlands, isles and addresses over the Irish Sea take two days. Delivery is made to your door and will need signing for. If you would like delivery on a particular day, please let us know. We can offer delivery of overnight items on a Saturday or Sunday for an extra £9.95 to all addresses in mainland Britain except the Scottish Highlands.
We do not currently offer samples of our soft furnishings, however, you can request furniture samples through our samples page.
