The Tea & Chantilly Blanket Box is inspired by classically beautiful wedding dresses and the show-stopping gowns by Needle & Thread. The fabric is embroidered with floral artwork and delicate trailing highlights in a botanical tree of life design.

The Tea & Chantilly Blanket Box is an elegant, romantic, intricately detailed creation, depicting all that is celebrated in feminine design.

The embroidery is a pure ivory against a very pale blue 100% linen ground cloth. The base of the blanket box is also 100% linen in a gentle blue inspired by traditional Wedgwood ceramics, with their contrasting white detail. It is a serene blue; familiar, amiable, and relaxed.

Evocative of luxury wedding apparel, its fine detailing awash with hi-loft embroidery gives this blanket box a distinctly feminine feel. The traditional stitch techniques, such as French knots, date back over 3,000 years.

The top of the ottoman is deep and comfy, designed to be a seat as well as a functioning ottoman with interior storage. Strong metal hinges keep it in position when open. The reverse and interior of the ottoman are upholstered in a plain ivory Egyptian cotton.

This elegant, upholstered ottoman would be at home on a landing or at the end of your bed as a linen box, or as an elegant laundry basket alternative, looking perfectly pretty when styled with the matching cushions on top.
