Made exclusively for French Bedroom.
We have one not quite perfect Love Story Armchair in our outlet. This has seen some slight marks to the velvet upholstery, which can be seen in the images. Alongside this, the finish of the wood is glossy, rather than the standard matt finish. This armchair is sold as seen and non-returnable.
Designed by French Bedroom to complement our Love Story Furniture Collection, the Love Story Velvet Armchair is hand-carved high grade oak, gently stained to enhance the natural medullary rays within the oak, and deepen the tones that emerge from within the organic grain.
This armchair is striking in its simplicity. The plush cotton-velvet on the seat and arms invites you to sit, with the promise of comfort and luxury. The rattan back is cushioning and supportive, while remaining feminine with its beautiful carved detailing at the crown and seat of the chair, continuing down the elegantly tapered French cabriole legs.
Upholstered with the same cotton velvet of our Love Story Taupe Finial and Love Story Taupe Buttoned Beds, and Love Story Taupe Bench, this chair pairs perfectly with other pieces of the Love Story collection.
Crafted from organic oak, the purposely rustic finish is designed to reveal the organic knots, cracks, grain and characteristics of the wood, adding to the authenticity of the purest and most beautiful natural material.
