“We started French Bedroom with 3 beds, 4 chandeliers and a handful of rugs and bed linen. Systems were basic, stock was low but ideas were flowing and hearts were aflutter. When the phone rang for the first time and we had our first sale we did a little jig!”

Our French Toile Bed is an exclusive French Bedroom design that depicts a celebration of women in society, as opposed to an elevation. Meaning freedom in French, our Toile bed celebrates freedom.
At the heart of the design, which was crafted by Georgia and her in-house illustrator Rachelle, is a visual exemplification of female empowerment; every hand-drawn detail a celebration of women in the 21st Century. Upon close inspection of the design, you will find illustrations of women dancing and drinking wine, alongside a French Bulldog in a classic French blue colour.
3. The Royal Treatment
For a bed that will make you feel like royalty, look no further than our Palais Royal Avenue Linen Upholstered Bed. This upholstered French bed encapsulates timeless elegance; a classic bed designed to be an heirloom for future generations.
Imagine floor to ceiling drapes gently being pulled back, throwing sunlight across the deep-buttoned linen upholstery - it's the start of a beautiful day in Paris.
Everything about this bed is luxurious. Hand carved, baroque-style acanthus leaves and stylised florals adorn the mahogany framework, finished in a soft ivory antique crackle patina with gold highlights. Even the button upholstery undulates like a child’s dimples!
