Exclusive to French Bedroom, this carved bedside cabinet is designed by our in-house design team in Sussex.
The Douceur collection is the epitome of refined design; the wooden framework features gentle motifs hand carved into solid oak.
Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, the sturdy oak wooden frame of this bedside cabinet is gently distressed with a very pale distemper finish that enhances the natural grain of the wood, and is often used in French furniture design. Behind the two solid oak doors is a single shelf.
We are styling this French style bedside cabinet with the matching linen upholstered bed, the carved Douceur Bench and also the matching Ma Petite Douceur Pet Bed. 'Douceur' is the French word for sweetness, gentleness and softness, which is epitomised in the design and style of the Douceur collection.  Â
