Our exclusive blue French Toile design was created by French Bedroom founder Georgia to be a visual celebration of female empowerment, with every hand-drawn element thoughtfully considered; women dancing and drinking wine together, alongside a French Bulldog, and a camellia flower, inspired by Chanel’s iconic bloom - a tribute to Coco Chanel’s contribution to the evolution of women’s fashion.
Our Founder’s favourite, this shirred maxi dress features an elasticated shirred or smocked boddice, designed to flatter. Can be worn with our without a bra.
The flowing midi dress is designed to move effortlessly from bedtime to daytime; equally apt for breakfast on the terrace, strolling through sun-drenched French markets, or curled up with a book on the garden sofa.
(In French this specific type of smocking is charmingly called ‘nid d'abeille’ which translates as ‘bee’s nest’ due to the honeycomb formation of the smocked pattern).
