This large reversible, quilted bedspread is made from 100% cotton and features a hand-block printed design of birds nestled amongst trailing floral vines in fresh blue and ivory tones. A pale blue border and contrasting blue-and-ivory striped trim frame the botanical print, while the reverse reveals a smaller-scale floral motif in powder blue against an ivory ground.
Each bedspread comes with a reusable cotton bag in a coordinating print, perfect for storing your bedspread or repurposing around the home (and just the right size for a yoga mat!).
Our bedspreads begin their life in Sanganer, Jaipur, where the fabric is block-printed by hand, one block at a time, using carved wooden blocks and traditional Indian techniques. From there, they pass through the hands of skilled artisan families, who cut, stitch, quilt, and finish each piece. Every bedspread is then carefully checked and prepared in Noida before beginning its journey to French Bedroom.
As each bedspread is made by hand, subtle printing irregularities and colour variations may occur.
