French Bedroom x Air & Grace Instagram Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter: The promoter is The French Bedroom Company Ltd, House of French Bedroom, Unit 3, Bridge Road, Haywards Heath, RH16 1TX, United Kingdom (referred to as "Promoter").
2. Eligibility: This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over, except employees of the Promoter, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. Competition Period: The competition begins on 28/03/2024 at 10:00am GMT and ends on 01/04/2024 at 11:59pm GMT. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter:
• Like the Post: Entrants must like the competition post on the Promoter's Instagram page.
• Follow: Entrants must follow French Bedroom (@frenchbedroom) and Air & Grace (@airandgrace) on Instagram.
• Tag a Friend: Entrants must tag a friend in the comments section of the post. Each comment with a different tag counts as one entry.
• Share the Post: Entrants are encouraged to share the post to their Instagram story for one additional entry.
5. Prizes: The winner will receive a selection of home accessories from French Bedroom, and pair of shoes from Air & Grace:
• 1x Breton Woven Stripe Cushion
• 1x Breton Woven Stripe Blanket
• 1x Pair of Air & Grace Roxy Signature: White, Blue & Navy Trainers in a size of your choice.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

1. Winner Selection and Notification: A winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 30 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
2. Data Protection: Any personal data relating to participants will be used in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent.
3. General Conditions:
• By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
4. Changes to the Competition: The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control.

You are providing your information to The French Bedroom Company Ltd and not to Instagram. By participating in this promotion, you agree to a complete release of Instagram from any claims.
