Our exclusive Love Story Collection captures a moment, a feeling, an emotion. Inspired by the infinite beauty of our finite world, the designs are romantic and feminine, and exude elegance and tactility.

English forest ferns, carpets of soft moss, jungle tree canopies, lush tropical islands, and rolling hills; nature in every form, and in every corner of our precious planet has been the inspiration for our Love Story Collection of French furniture.

Crafted from a hand-finished solid oak framework, the bed is hand-carved and stained with a satin varnish to enhance the medullary rays within the oak. The headboard and footboard are upholstered in a rich olive velvet and finished with double-piped trim for a smart and classic aesthetic.

We love the detailed and stylised acorn finials, fluted spire columns and edged acanthus leaf patterns, thoughtfully carved into the oak to represent the natural beauty of our wondrous and wonderful world.

Like all natural materials, oak has inherent disparities in color and grain pattern, so each piece of wood used to make this French Bed will have its own unique variation that will include knots, black lines, color difference, tiger grain, medullary rays, color variation or shadowing. No two pieces will be an exact match, enhancing the unique characteristics and warmth of this piece.

Pair with the Love Story Bedsides with either one or two drawers for useful bedside storage.

Wherever you choose to live, whatever you have planned, whatever your style, this Love Story Olive Velvet Finial Bed will be all your bedroom ever needs.

This velvet French bed can either be put together for you upon delivery (choose White Glove Delivery at checkout), alternatively you can assemble your new upholstered bed, which is straightforward and takes approximately 20 minutes.
