The solid oak frame perfectly complements and grounds the pink upholstery, giving the bed a calming and nostalgic air. The wood used to craft this frame is 100% oak, which is hand-carved by the most talented artisans using traditional methods. Any uneven texture or colour is intended - we love the way it enhances the natural imperfections of nature's most organic material, just as nature had intended.

The silk upholstery is a poly-silk blend, which makes it durable and great for easy-care. The fabric offers the authentic look and feel of natural silk dupion, but with the practical advantage of being gently washable and more light-fast than pure 100% silk, making it the perfect material to use on such a legacy piece. Do ensure you don't wear jewellery near the headboard as fabrics can tear, in the same way as any silk or silk blend items of clothing you wear.

We're styling this bed in myriad ways as it boasts the versatility to be used in a variety of interiors: following fashion trends and pairing it with sage green, dusky blue, and chocolate brown, alternatively, styling it with pure, fresh white for a clean and elegant aesthetic.
