Personalisation:

This mattress is available with complimentary personalisation. For customisation, please include your message in the order notes at the checkout. Messages can be a maximum of two rows, with 20 characters in each row. While non-personalised mattresses are stocked in our warehouse, please allow 3-4 weeks for personalised items.

Chemical Free:

Because no foam is used in this mattress it means no harmful fire retardant chemicals have been used. The naturally flame-retardant quality of wool acts as the flame barrier required and the mattress cover is treated with a chemical free fire retardant.

Care:

We recommend turning and rotating your mattress once a month for the first 12 months and then every 2/3 months thereafter. Please take care when the mattress is turned that it is not bent or folded, assistance will be needed.
