Lumière Une Table Lamp

Lumière Une, from our Lumière Collection, is handcrafted in India and marries a combination of two glorious natural textures – slub cotton and solid wood. We love the scalloped fluting of the shade that tops the smooth undulating texture of the finely turned wooden base. The warm, natural hues of the wood create a cozy but sophisticated atmosphere whilst the shade casts a radiant shadow.

This wooden side lamp takes ones large screw (E27) bulb, not included. The black flex has a rocker switch 55cm from the base.

And whilst you’re here: La Ville Lumière (City of Light) is one of the most well-known nicknames for Paris. This name is thought to have its roots in the city's reputation as a centre of enlightenment and education during the 18th century, others say the name was coined at the beginning of the nineteenth century after becoming the first city in Europe to use gas lighting to illuminate its streets.
