The bed frame is upholstered in exceptionally soft velvet in a deep jet black with brass gold studs. The dramatic and opulent combination of black and gold makes this bed a show-stopping centre-piece in your bedroom, ready to be paired with black and gold furniture and black velvet draped curtains for a perennially glam look, or style with greens and teals for a softer, on-trend aesthetic.

A single row of brass gold studs follows the vertical edges of the headboard and across the gentle sweeping top edge. The turned wooden feet are finished in a deep jet black satin finish, and the edges of the slats are cleverly and thoughtfully concealed with a 'modesty panel' of black velvet, ensuring they won't be seen should your mattress move.

This upholstered luxury bed is sold with free shipping throughout mainland England and Wales. Once with you, the bed is easy to assemble: the solid rosewood slats have pilot holes so simply need to be fixed with the screws provided (or sit back and let us do the hard work, by selecting White Glove assembly at checkout).
