Designed in Sussex by French Bedroom's design team, the Gustavian White collection of linear French furniture is made from solid wood, painted in French white; a reimagined style of our very first collection of French furniture sold when we launched back in 2006.
The collection reflects how the rooms in our homes have evolved to accommodate how we live today. The flux and flow of our homes from living to working, resting to entertaining means items of furniture need to offer dual purpose in terms of use, comfort and storage requirements. With this in mind, the Gustavian Chest of Drawers offers three deep drawers decorated with horizontal fluting and front stepped corners, and bow-design gold metal drawer pulls, alongside a central decorative escutcheon plate. The top of the drawers features a chamfered edge and delicate hand-carved beading; no detail has been spared in the design of this timeless piece of furniture.
Made from solid ash wood, the Gustavian Chest of Drawers has been expertly constructed with enduring beauty.
