Designed in Sussex by French Bedroom, the Gustavian stool is part of our Gustavian Collection that pays tribute to the kinship between French and Swedish furniture designs.
Created to pair perfectly with the Gustavian Writing Desk, the Gustavian Stool is perfectly suited to those who wish to repurpose the writing desk as a soft, feminine dressing table.
Crafted from solid ash wood and finished with a mild and light distemper, paired with tailored pale ivory linen upholstery.
Intricately hand-carved fluting and beading form the legs and base, while the linen upholstered pillowy top creates a soft and inviting seat.

We offer free delivery for orders over £1,500. Below this rate, this item is sent by next working day courier for £19.95. Saturday delivery is £9.95 extra. This applies to all addresses in mainland Britain (excl. northern Scotland). For all other locations, just add items to your basket, and enter your postcode or country for a quote.
When ordering multiple items, we will typically make one delivery when all items are in stock (there may be occasions when we deliver goods separately from different warehouses).
If purchasing from outside the UK, please check the prohibited items lists for your country, as import restrictions and failed delivery fees may occur.
Returns
Should you choose to return your item, you simply need to notify us within 45 days of delivery.
Items can either be posted back to us (please consider insurance), alternatively we can arrange a collection from any address in mainland Britain for £34.95.
